Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using NOTYSCHOOL Family and NOTYSCHOOL Teacher ("the Apps"). By using the Apps, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

Registering or using the Apps constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you don't agree, please discontinue use.

2. Permitted Use

• The Apps are designed solely for use within schools partnered with NOTYSCHOOL
• Users must be parents, students, or staff of an enrolled school
• Do not use the Apps for illegal, harassing, or harmful activities
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the system

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• Do not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect a compromise

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit (chat messages, images)
• You grant us license to process, store, and transmit content for service delivery
• Do not submit inappropriate, illegal, or rights-infringing content

5. Service Availability

• Service is provided "as-is"; maintenance downtime may occur
• Features may be updated or removed with reasonable notice
• No guarantee of 24/7 availability

6. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or other consequences arising from use of the Apps, beyond any amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

NOTYSCHOOL logo, brand name, and all software components are property of the developer. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account anytime by emailing nuiii044@gmail.com
• We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

10. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
